How do I care for my ski glove?
At the end of a ski season, it is advisable to wash your gloves so that you can enjoy them again next year. Proper cleaning is crucial here. You can find detailed instructions under Care instructions.
We recommend washing the ski gloves by hand. Basically, ski gloves without leather content (also no leather reinforcements) can be washed at 30° C gentle cycle with mild detergent without optical brightener and fabric softener. After washing, slip into the glove and shape it. Allow to dry slowly, do not place on the radiator or other heat sources.
Can I tumble dry my ski gloves?
No, in order to enjoy your ski glove for a long time, it is best to wrap the washed glove in a towel and let it dry at room temperature. Alternatively, you can hang them up by the fingertips and let them dry slowly. Attention: DO NOT place gloves on heat sources (tiled stove, radiator) to dry.
Can I get my glove repaired?

Careful maintenance prolongs the life of your leather glove. To enjoy your glove for a long time, we recommend caring for the leather with a leather balm. You can find detailed care and cleaning instructions here.
Can I wash my leather glove in the washing machine?
No, leather gloves should only be washed by hand in lukewarm water. You can find more information about cleaning here.
Can I dry my gloves in the dryer?
No, to maintain the suppleness of the leather, the gloves should be dried slowly at room temperature.

I would like to order a sold out model, when will it be back in stock?
Our top sellers are usually carried over for further seasons. Unfortunately, we currently have no way of automatically contacting you as soon as the desired model is back in stock. However, you are welcome to send us an email with your desired model and we will let you know whether this model is a glove that we will get back next season.
How much are the shipping costs?
We deliver free of charge within Austria and Germany.
Is there an express delivery?
No, within Austria we deliver within 48 hours (except the Christmas season). We do not offer express delivery outside Germany.

I bought my ESKA gloves from a dealer, can I complain to ESKA?
No, if you bought the glove from one of our dealers, we ask you to also complain to the dealer.
How long do I have a guarantee on a glove?
In principle, our gloves are guaranteed for 24 months against product or material defects; user defects are explicitly excluded from the guarantee. Should a material defect occur, we will try to repair the glove to the best of our ability.
